At Línea Verde Viveros, we are a family-run nursery with a clear mission: to produce the highest quality ornamental plants. Our specialty is Laurus nobilis, the noble Mediterranean laurel.
We control every stage of the process with care and technical rigor: we collect our own seed, manage germination under optimal conditions, and care for each plant until it reaches the size and elegance it deserves.
How we do it
The journey of each laurel
From seed to plant that decorates your space — a complete, traceable and artisanal process.
Seed collection
We harvest the bay berries at their optimal ripeness. Seed selection guarantees the genetic quality of each plant.
Stratification and pre-germination
The seed of Laurus nobilis requires a careful stratification process to break dormancy and ensure optimal germination rates.
Controlled germination
The seeds germinate in chambers or seedbeds under strictly controlled conditions: temperature, humidity and specific substrates.
Transplantation and growth
Once rooted, the plants are gradually moved to larger containers, accompanied by a personalized fertilization and watering plan.
Quality control and sales
Only when the plant reaches the appropriate size, density, and health is it sent to the point of sale. Quality guaranteed from the source.
